Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Tabassum Foundation, Canada is a dedicated group of leaders
committed to guiding the foundation’s mission of social impact, community development, and
sustainable change. Comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds, the committee
provides strategic direction, oversight, and governance to ensure transparency, accountability,
and excellence in all our initiatives.
Each member brings a unique perspective and a shared passion for service. The committee works
collaboratively to oversee key programs, mobilize resources, and build meaningful partnerships
that further the foundation’s goals in education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and
humanitarian aid.

Our Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluating program impact and effectiveness
• Strengthening stakeholder and donor relationships
